i'd work on your silhouettes a bit more, add some subtle light beam stuff coming in onto the character, maybe tweak your palette a little bit so that it fits a sort've slot canyon palette (look on google). the coloring on the character doesn't really fit the lighting of the scene either, so i'd integrate his palette more into the image a bit more. Also, from that bright lighting in the fg, you'd probably get some bounce light on all the buildings etc around it.
