Photobash Environment from one of the James Bond thumbnails.
Four thumbnails based on James Bond, the manor, the stag statues, etc...
The one on the righ side, down, was the one I took and
re-made as a more "polished" image.
This one isn't based on James Bond or any thumbnail but I thought it'd be still relevant to
post it since it's photobashing practice.

in the top one, scale seems a bit off on bond vs the house and stairs. It's almost pyramid sized compared to him. Also, the lighting on the left and right of the image doesn't match the middle. There's so much sunlight on the house, but then when it reaches the edges of your painting, it's almost night time. Add more in, but don't allow it to distract from your focal point.
ReplyDeleteBottom one is nice, but the palette is kinda all over the place. I'd choose two colors and use those as your primaries for the whole image. Right now you have red, purple, green, blue and brown, whereas if you have green for foliage, blue for the sky, and the water reflecting those both, your eye would really jump to the red on those mushroom house things alot more.
